We have participated in multiple filtration systems manufacturing inspection projects for Spectra Energy, inspecting from the receipt of materials, cutting, welding preparation, welding application according to AWS, surface preparation for anti-corrosion system application according to SSPC, inspection dimensional and shipping.
Project – Mustang Engeenering y Jacobs
Direct fire heater inspection for Mustang Engeenering and Jacobs, including fabrication of carbon steel housings, carbon and alloy steel bolted and finned tubing, HK40 refractory steel casting supports, refractory concrete installation, witnessing testing non-destructive such as: X-rays, liquid penetrants, magnetic particles, hydrostatic testing and application of anticorrosive coatings and performing inspections based on ASME, AWS codes and ASNT, SSPC standards
